Lukaabz Energy Services Limited (LENS) was established in 2016, and since commencing operations in January 2017 the company has a dedicated, discipline-specific team of consultants that provides guaranteed staffing solutions, sourced from the local talent pool, with the capacity to source foreign technical partners with a view to providing access to the best talent wherever it may be in the world. Lukaabz Energy Services can offer a full range of staffing solutions: Contract, Permanent (Direct) Hire, Managed Solutions, or a fully outsourced service. These services are complemented by an industry-leading support service and mobility package to ensure clients keep hold of the top talent in a compliant manner for as long as they need it.
We boast of competent and highly qualified consultants, most of whom have been Project leaders and participated in the execution of multi-billion dollar Oil and Gas projects in Nigeria including Shallow, Deep, and Ultra-Deep Waters.
